My problem occured 3 months after i purchased my first Mattress set from Steinhafels. The queen size mattress frame collasped. When I call the company to complain, they sent out a representative. He inspected the mattress but, never told me that the company was not going to replace the mattress. Instead they sent me a LETTER saying they were not going to replace it because it had a spot on it. Can the company explain to this CANCER PATIENT what the heck does the spot has do do with the structural built of the mattress!. The outside of the mattress CAVED. It does make sense.

Buyer Beware! They do not honor their guarantees and are unprofessional. I brought in an ad for a price match on my phone on Tuesday and was informed today they will not honor because it is not within a 50 mile radius of their store, even though I can get the couch delivered right to my door for $400 less than I paid them. You can see why they are pulling every trick in the book to not honor their price match promise. It is not stated anywhere that online retailers should be local. I looked on my receipt and the website. I will be fighting this and encourage everyone to stay away from this store.
