Just bought a mattress set from this store and it was the worst purchase I have ever made. To start off with the customer service was very poor. When I asked questions about the mattresses I got little info. Still, I needed a mattress asap so went ahead and made the purchase anyway. Once I got it in my house I peeled the plastic off and found a bed bug. When I called the store to let them know they denied having bed bugs and hung up on me. Now I can't get through to them at all. Please stay away from this store. Very rude and dirty.
When I first purchased from this place the customer services, prices and pure assistance was awesome but as soon as I had issues when I purchased something there they have not been helpful. They express they will help but never do and then ignore when I would call to follow up or get help. I wont purchase anything from them again which stinks because I really did like this place :(
