Worst location EVER! I should've went somewhere else because the problem is not American Fright it's the people that work there. We ordered our things Friday got them DAMAGED & the wrong color (sofa brown, love seat black) so we go to them and they are getting things mixed up blaming it on ME! It's been a whole week now and I still don't have my furniture in which we will be PAYING for tomarrow. I'm the nicest person ever but they will hear the B**** in me just watch!
Good deals but have poor customer service. Customer service could benefit greatly on improving customer service and communications skills. Also the ware house is really cold in the winter.

I was sold the 5 year warranty through Gaurduan, and followed the warranty claim process. Took 2 weeks to find out that I have to call gaurduan, I never get a hold of them. They are rude at american freight when I call and ask. Don't buy anything from them. They should go out of business and refund all the money that they have screwed people out of.
