I had been shopping for furniture for a few months. They had very good prices and if there is something you want that's not on the floor they will order it for you. Their website has many more options and is how I found them. Delivery took about 4 days. My furniture was wrapped perfectly to avoid scratches and scuffs. The delivery guys even set my old pieces out side so that I could load them up for the good will. They have financing with 90 days same as cash.
You should not have to wait for a chest to come in it should be a stocked item. Manager is good most of the time. Really questioning if I will go back or not as they have caused numerious headaches between trying to get it delivered and then am extra fee for set up which quite frankly is bogus.
Loved my in store experience and I am happy with the couch that I purchased. However, the delivery service is all bad. The delivery was almost 2 hours past the scheduled window which was between 12pm to 5pm. They called at 6pm, showed up at almost 7pm. Then the delivery drivers were very unprofessional. They knocked down a fixture in the hallway of my apartment building without bothering to pick it up or anything. Then, they just dropped my couch in the middle of the floor and left it. They didn't offer to take the packaging off, move it to where I actually wanted it, etc. I have spinal chord issues and thus my back isn't the best for juggling furniture around. For the high price delivery fee that they charge, the service should be 10x better. It's a shame too because they have a desk in stock that I wanted to purchase. But I am definitely reconsidering now. I don't trust them to deliver or assemble it properly, smh. Very disappointed ....
Update. The manager I first dealt with personally called me and made up for my bad experience.
