The individuals whom work there are very friendly, however their policy to force you into a loan through them is a bit irritating. I spent a good hour-hour and a half in their office clarifying with another Russ Darrow that a loan through my own bank was not possible. Beyond that trying to get an overnight on a car I was 90% confident I would be buying was like pulling teeth. I had to have my salesperson return to their manager 3x before finally getting the go ahead. I'm sure I have other things but I hardly have the time to waste to think of it all.
