I went in for an oil change, new tires and brakes. The associate that helped me (Kevin) was awesome! He kept me informed and also assisted with a loaner car so that I wouldn't have to stay at the service department while my car was being serviced. I love going to Russ Darrow Honda, and will not go anywhere else for service in my vehicle. Thank you guys for all that you do.
Stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation. The price was great ... with a coupon. And the customer service representative made the trip very enjoyable. She was genuinely happy and engaging. I would have given 5 stars but the whole stop took almost 90 minutes ... seems a long time for this routine maintenance.

The people were very friendly but the whole process of buying our SUV took forever! We waited more then we spent with an actual person! Could be more efficient! They detailed the car well but when we went to take possession of it there was no roof rack or towing package on the car as advertised! Not a happy customer!
