Everything was great. I had a loaner car for the day which was great. I also had them put new wiper blades on for me and a car detail wash. All was great!!
Schedualed full service oil change and tire rotation for 7:00am. My vehicle was not started until 7:30 and was put thru the express lube center. 2 hours later they completed the oil change. Told service manager to forget the tire rotation as I didn’t have additional time to wait. They merely changed the oil.. No fluid too off , no grease, no checking of other fluids. Service manager did not apologize for poor service or incompitance of doing a complete service. Will not recommend or return for future service or new car sales
Excellent Service! They're very respectful and caring. The prices aren't that bad either. Cheapest full synthetic oil change I've ever had. I recommend this dealership over the rest.
Prompt and accurate service thus far, nice and honest reps in service department. Wesley thoroughly explained what's wrong, why it happened, etc. Plus, I accidentally left my measuring wheel in the loaner vehicle and didn't realize it until a few days later. They held on to it for me. This sets them apart to me not only because they do their jobs well, but there are a lot of places I've been to (mainly on the south side) where they'd steal the mints n change from your cubby hole if given the chance.
Very nice people here they tell you the truth what's wrong with your car and they try to make your self comfortable with cookies, coffee, soda, water and if here for over one hour they will give you a ride home and pick you up when the car is done that's nice of them
