the 4 ARBITRATION DOCUMENTS because
"This is not good for me". I paid full agreed
my defense rights in the event there's a problem? Hmmm. So I went back to the dealership the next buisness day and told
Bought a used MB here and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! John, the sales rep that helped me is very attentive, caring and cares about his clients. He went out of his way to get the car for me, showed great communication skills and provided excellent service. The finance department did a great job at getting me the best possible deal! Thanks Cassandra :) My used car came with some dings and John arranged for it to be repainted at no charge to me! Everything to keep the client happy. I am definitely coming back in a few years to trade this car in and get a new one. Thanks IA, you earned a new loyal customer now!
DIMINISH YOUR RIGHTS!!
So....while signing the purchase and finance documents; there were "ARBITRATION AGREEMENT" documents
were ever a problem. His response was
"BUYER BEWARE"....and ...NEVER....
with the financing....and I must diminish all
those documents mean is if there is ever a problem related with the vehicle or the financing terms....I can never sue in a court of law. (I must accept ARBITRATION TERMS).
Many thanks to Chris Street for reaching out to me in the showroom. I am pleased with my BMW purchase, and his (and Cassie's) help made it easy for me.
Diminishing my full rights! Now it may not seem like a big deal, but after I thought about those terms when I arrived home I thought
asking price...the dealership was paid in full
changing anything"! So Folks......
This has to be one of the worst dealerships I've ever dealt with in 30 years of owning BMW, Mercedes, Chevy, and Harley Davidson. You can't get through to anyone; phone calls are transferred, go silent, and then just hang up. (It took four calls today to get through to someone). Service quality is atrocious and sales people seem to just hide out in their cubes. The location is not particularly close for me and one simple service issue (leaky tire) took three tries over a 14 month period to actually get the problem rectified. Go to UMANSKY motors for Mercedes! International Autos just sucks. They DO get one positive star because Kevin, their shuttle driver, was on-time, courteous and professional. Otherwise, I got my car back from the service department filthy...lousy service from this dealer.
they could put me at an unfair position if there
Joseph Cortese(the finance manager and
document preparer) that I wanted to rescind

On Christmas Eve, I purchased a Subaru outback and took advantage of 0 percent financing (with my $5000.00) down payment.
(4 separate ones titled as such). Now...what
Terrible customer service. The parts department is non responsive and does not return voice mails even after several days and multiple attempts and messages left. Do your self a favor and go across town to the other guys that want your business.
