Our no smoking room smelled of smoke. Our bathroom had a broken door knob. Inside the bathroom was a tub with a drain clogged from hair not my own.
Very laid back and affordable. People complaining about everything maybe you need to spend more money and go to a fancy hotel downtown. I like this hotel, always a good experience and good nights rest.
A very poor experience. From check-in, the customer experience was some of the worst I've experienced at a hotel. It was like I had to walk them through the check-in process and as if the desk workers had very little training.
Pros: Room was quiet and dark for sleeping. Cons: we went to germanfest and thus didn't get to the hotel until after 7pm, as we walked in a random number called so we left it to voicemail, it was a call to confirm we we're showing up asking to call back. We listened to that voicemail as we finished walking into the hotel. When someone got to the front desk our reservation was cancelled and had to be recreated, if we we're moments later we likely wouldn't have had a room as they got a call and said they were full. We had already put credit card info online to reserve so we have yet to see if we will be double charged for the room as they ran the card again when we we're there. Also asked for a second rollaway bed which was in our reservation that they cancelled as we walked in the door and that wasn't there. Considered ourselves lucky to have a room and didn't ask for it again. Rooms were kinda gross, but aren't all hotels. Would stay again if in dire need just make sure you're checked in by 6 or they may cancel on you without warning.
It wasn't all bad, and for the price I wouldn't expect much better. If you're looking for anything more than a cheap room to crash, however, find something else.
I really should give no stars at this time, because my wife was extremely upset at our visit. Hotel smelled HORRIBLE. Room looked clean, but when we opened the door to enter the smell followed is in. Especially after returned from dining nearby. We never got WiFi working either.
Although there is technically a workout facility, you'll need to be creative to get a proper workout in.
