Employee refused to make an order low carb without bread. Most shops will make the wrap and charge the regular price.
The sand which maker was unprofessional and refused to make a simple sandwich. If this employee is representative of your company, you'll need to institute a major customer service training program.
Staff was great. Looks like they had a trainee that gave the checkout a little trouble but people are too hard on food service workers who make jack squat. Cut them a break. Geesh. There was one guy who looked to maybe be a manager that was super accommodating and patient with me as it wasn't my first time but had been a while. Even asked me how the sandwich was and was glad I liked it.
Yes, I agree with other reviewers of healthier options but that should be to the franchise, not the location.

I love your cheesesteaks so much but this is my fourth time coming to this location and they never have my order ready when I place it online. I always place it online because I'm big on not wasting time but every time I come, either my order is wrong or it's just not done which is really frustrating. And when it's their mistake, they don't offer any kind of discount or apology which is really frustrating. They definitely need to work on paying attention to details especially with the orders. If it would have happened once, I would understand. But 4 times? That's unacceptable and bad customer service.
The sandwich maker was rude to me. This was my first time at Jersey Mikes. I will not return to any Jersey Mikes.
