One of my favorite spots in downtown Milwaukee for a casual meal. All of the Greek specialties that you might expect, including fabulous gyros, but also a decent selection of other lunch/dinner options (salads, sandwiches, wraps) and an extensive breakfast menu served until early afternoon. Most meals in the $10-15 price range if you include a drink; some of the specialty dinner plates are a little more. The place is also open very late on and around the weekends. A genuinely family owned and operated business; usually one of the same four people at the register every time you go in, and all are very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is perhaps nothing special, but the dining area is clean and kept well-cared-for. Overall a strong and total recommendation for anybody who finds themselves in this part of Milwaukee looking for a good, filling, affordable meal any time of day.
Delicious gyro, amazing service in a friendly atmosphere. I heard this place was great, and they sure did not disappoint. Can’t wait to eat here again.
Best pancakes in the city, hands down. They serve breakfast till 5pm for those late bloomers and I can always find a seat on the weekends during brunch. It's also a great spot for a late night, or early morning, gyro!
We stopped in to have breakfast and were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices and outstanding food. We went back a second day, just because of the great food we'd had. We ordered other things on the menu and they were just as good! If we're in Milwaukee again, we'll stop in for a great meal!
Owner is friendly and fun to chat with while waiting for food. Food is always prepared fresh and hot.
