Service was horrible. They didn't even pay attention to me because the manager was too busy yapping with others. She knew I was sitting there and wasn't phased at all if I waited. She never once said Ill be right with you or even acknowledged that she would take my order soon. I walked out! BTW, there is not one shred of water to look at in this dumpy ran down section of town! Hope they go out business soon!

We waited for too long to be seated even though there were many open tables, as did many people who came in after us. We had the spinach artichoke dip appetizer, which was not worth the $10 it cost. It was very oily, which I've never experienced with that kind of dip, and it was a small portion. The two of us shared the BBQ chicken pizza and got the mini size, which was perfect to split. It was good, but surprisingly expensive for a pizza restaurant.
Delicious, fresh pizza. We didn't have to wait to be seated and got our food in 20 minutes which was perfect. The inside and the views are nice.
As a rule, I would never take the time to write a review, but after our experience today, I feel compelled to make others aware. We were a party of 9. My daughter cannot eat gluten-she is not allergic, but very intolerant. If she eats gluten, she can get violently ill. She ordered a gluten free bun for her burger. It came out with a regular bun. She recognized it was not GF, so sent it back. It came back with a GF bun on top, but regular bun on the bottom. She starts to eat it, then realizes bottom bun is regular and not GF. We tell the server, who has no idea what GF is and seems to be inconvenienced by having to get another bun. She finally got the correct GF bun, but what a fiasco. My nephew's wings were cold (not even warm). Sent those back. Got a burger instead, which was good. Fries were barely warm. Others in our party liked their food. Service was slow. My husband went to pay and spoke to manager about the GF situation. The manager did not say ONE WORD and seemed pissed about the complaint. She comped the 2 meals. Fine- but completely unapologetic for a rather significant mistake.
We use to come to Riverfront a few years ago. It seemed so much better back then. I have no idea what happened to this place, but we won't be back.
