I called to place an order and asked for delivery because they have delivered to my work before and the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude told me they don't deliver that far when it was only 7 min. away and hunged up the phone on me not once but twice. Will not be ordering from here again, that is no way to treat a customer.
The food is great Americanized Chinese. Lots of great options.
I'll order because the general tsos lunch combo is usually pretty good, you get your moneys worth, and can be delivered to my work. I've ordered online a few times and I've come to learn to stop calling to check if my order is on its way as they are just that slow. My order was placed over an hour and a half ago and I was told it is on its way. Unbelievable! The online order fee of $0.50 is a bit ridiculous too. If they are taking 1.5-2 hours to deliver food, they shouldn't even be offering delivery with a fee.

Ordered though Grubhub. Grubhub sucks. Waited over an hour and my order had not arrived but my credit card was charged. I called this dump and was outright lied to that they didn’t receive some confirmation from GrubHub. Well, my credit card was charged and I did receive this email. Only later did the truth come out they were too busy to prepare my order and could not call me. I had to wait over an hour and had to call ...but was t too busy to take my money. No offer for a future discount. Just ratchet customer service. Lucky Lou consider changing your name to Unlucky Lou as you have lost a customer forever.
I really like this place. I pretty much only get delivery from them via their website. I only experienced one issue where my order somehow got lost, but they were apologetic and helpful on the phone.
