Stopped in a few days ago expecting to drop off my bike and pick it up in a day or two. Nope. They had the parts in stock and replaced them on the spot. Incredible service, quality and speed. My go to bike shop. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
WHY PAY RETAIL? Been riding bicycles for a long time and been to all the area shops, they by far have the best prices in town. THERE IS NO DEBATING THAT. Their tune up price is fair and the work is thorough. Very pleased with this shop, would recommend to any type of rider.
The assistant who helped me out was very knowledgeable and helpful. Even though I came in close to closing time he was kind and attentive. The shop has all assortments of bicycles, parts, and anything else you may find necessary for your cycling needs.
They know their stuff and the staff is friendly however not friendly enough. I went in for a tune up and spent roughly $100 only to leave the shop with a busted rear tire-- something which should have been noticed immediately when putting air in the tires. Because of their extremely unaccommodating store hours with my busy work schedule, I was unable to bring my bike in. I went bike-less for a couple weeks....When I did find time to come in on my day off they were sure glad to take more of my money instead of admit their mistake, even after I told them the situation. If you feel like shelling out a chunk of money go here, however other stores in the area offer much cheaper prices with way better service. Ill never spend money here again. Not a good way to treat their customers and especially me, a neighbor to their store.
Repaired my inner tube for 9.00 while I waited...Carlos is a very nice person, just one note of caution call before you go to make sure he is there.
