I was fairly impressed with the sign up process and the facility itself, however, I am really disappointed with their customer service. I only wanted a short term rental, about 1 month, so the day I signed up for the rental, I also selected the day that I would be out of the facility. I thought this was clearly discussed and only picked the day ahead of time so it could be noted on my account. I called to notify that I was out of the facility several days before the day selected, but was billed the full month regardless. I asked if I could be credited back a prorated amount and was told it would be looked into. After a follow-up call, the company "decided not to do that". I only picked the day I would be out on the day I signed up so I could give the notice immediately. Since it was only discussed verbally (and in-person) and not delivered via email, it was not considered a valid notice. SHOULD I HAVE SAT ON MY PHONE AND EMAILED MY NOTICE WHILE SITTING IN FRONT OF THE PERSON I WAS TALKING TO???? In the future, and for anyone considering renting here, I would take my business somewhere with better business integrity.

I would recommend Stadium Storage to anyone who is looking for storage needs, Friendly customer service, GREAT clean facility. Very easy to make payments. I was with them for over two years and never had any problems what so ever. 5 star storage in my books :)
Go anywhere else. Dont expect any customer service there. There is only one girl at the desk, who will always tell you "its not my job". Likely there are lots of good other storage places in Milwaukee, so you have plenty to choose from.
These reviews really shocked me ! I will never be a customer of stadium storage again ! If you want your items to be damaged by water , this is the place for you ! My unit initially was by a window that had a horrible leak, when I made the young lady who works there aware she moved me to another unit and charged me MORE , got an attitude and then suspended my passcode over $6 that I randomly owed. I have no issues paying what I owe , however concidering the establishment had this issue one might call that PETTY. I’ve done business with Uhaul Storage and Public Storage and will use there services again if need ever be BECAUSE this storage facility will have you bringing back SILVERFISH and CENTIPEDES ! One man even told me he brought home earwigs ( pincher bugs) Disgusting ! I was in the “climate controlled “ building , you would expect a business like this to stay on top of pest control with people from all walks of life storing things there but clearly NOT ! Climate control for stadium storage meant no Air conditioning on the 2nd level in the summer , there was literally no air circulation making it hard to breath immediately after exiting the elevator. The worst part of it all is that there was NO running water in the woman’s bathroom sink , which meant if you used the restroom you couldn’t wash your hands ! Gross! This may be a bit of a tangent but it was my experience ! Over priced units and you get none of the things you’d expect in a “ indoor climate controlled storage “. The young lady who works there needs a class on customer service because from my experience her attitude sucked .
