I used to come to this Denny’s years ago. Came in today and it’s still the same. Great food and great service. Never had steak and eggs, glad I tried something new. Monique was an amazing server. No issues and was very attentive. Love seeing managers outside of the office. I too work in the industry so I am very observant. Awesome job. Thank you!
I eat at quite a few restaurants, I’ve experienced great food and great service. I’ve also experienced poor service. This experience was by far the worst experience thus far. Placed an online order and upon pick up you see four or five women in the back chatting away. I made eye contact with three of them and no one came up front. After more chatting the pregnant one came and I told her I was there for pick up. I got my food, took it home, and began eating. As I ate I found the pancakes were raw in the middle. A gooey mess. I didn’t bother calling and complaining because the money isn’t important nor do I care to eat from there again. Ultimately there’s nothing they can do for me. Just thought I’d share my experience and if you go here it’s my hope your service is better.
Great service! Our server was the nicest server I have had in a long time. Wish I could remember her name. Great attitude and very welcoming. I really wish I could remember her name. She was great!
The food was tasty overall. I ordered my eggs over medium but there was a lot of white that was runny. The environment was a little uneasy. One of the cooks and two waitresses were bickering for what seemed like 10 minutes straight. You could clearly hear the whole childish conversation, mostly initiated by the cook. One of the waitresses also took her shoe off to scratch her socked foot and then went right back to serving, grabbing plates of food. So overall the food was good but with everything else it wasn't a great experience.
Always expect good to great service from your server. The food however is lack luster. It's relatively difficult to screw up chicken fried steak yet that is what happened. Looked good. Tasted burnt. Chewed like soaked leather. The rest of our meals were good. The marinara sauce leaves something to be desired.
