Called a cab, no ETA given. Was told "fine I'll send one to you" by the dispatcher....then the cabbie never showed up. After calling the cab back she told me she called me and waited outside but I was watching for a cab the entire time. When I called her back all I got was excuses....this is why uber/lyft are bettter!!!
U can stay one block n it still take about 15 to 30 minute or longer before they come
Very rude and unprofessional. Extremely long wait times, unsafe drivers.
They will never get my business again. I was late to work because they never showed up. I called and scheduled it in advance and when the time came they still wasn't there. So I called and they told me they never had it in the system and another cab didn't come for another 30 mins. I should have learned the 1st time they did this to me a couple months ago and had me waiting 2 hours at the grocery store! I do not recommend them if you have anywhere important to be at a specific time.
Bad service had to call 5 times just to get a cab. It don't never take a cab 30 mins to get to my damm house how is this service fast , slow as hell.
