I've had nothing but positive experiences with this company. Driver was always on time, super courteous and talkative, the cab was spacious and extremely clean. I've used them on 10 occasions as of late, and would do so again without question.
Asked for a cab never shows up and tells me im the one that was not there also horrible costumer service
Mke company good coz they provide full time jobs to local residents. About Uber them drivers not expert in driving as compared to mke drivers & I don’t trust on them.
Worst company ever!!!! Tried to get a cab to hospital never showed up customer service people are the rude and disrespectful. Never will use this company again I would rather get picked up by a serial killer probably has better personality.
I rather put zero stars. The taxi didn’t arrive at all despite the fact that I scheduled it the night before. The only answer given by the operator was that no driver had picked it up yet. I insisted and explained that I had a train to catch. I missed the train and the taxi never came. I will never use this company again.
