I almost NEVER write reviews however, if just one person reads this and avoids DANIELLE and N&S Towing as a whole, then it is worth the 3 minutes it took to write it because people and companies like N&S don't deserve ANYONE'S time or money!
They refused me to collect my belongings because the paperwork for my car was inside of the glove box (since I did not have a chance to grab it because the police made me sit in their squad car to talk to them), and apparently the accident report with the accident number with an ID was not enough. They refused my parents to walk back with her to my car too.
WOW! Wishing a score of ZERO was an option. I have never meet such a mean, unprofessional,cold heart, rude woman before, DANIELLE. She was not only willfully rude to me but to her co-workers and everyone she spoke to on the phone.
Very nice and helpful got a car from their impound and it didn't take much time
Also, I came to the lot a day after my accident and my car was buried in the back of their lot and so close to other cars that they couldn't even open the door to get my paper work for me. So after losing my car and being in pain, I had to wait 2 and 1/2 hours for their slow asses to find my car, get it out of the pile of cars, and get my paperwork for me. I've NEVER delt with such a horrible company before. All they care about is ripping people off and making enough money to support their white trash company. All in all, the lot was unorganized and the people were terrible. I urge you to take your business elsewhere because literally any towing company is better than this one.
I am not sure if she is just not educated enough to do her job or if she was blatantly trying to make things difficult but, either way what does that say about a person.
Very rude. They actually hung up on me when I was I inquiring about my car. Thank God my car was not there. RAYS TOWING WAS FANTASTIC!! TOTALLY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE!!
Slower than the DMV. Everyone had a baby with them and they weren't finding my dad's car at all.
I pride myself on being a kind and respectful person but, there is just nothing kind to say about DANIELLE and N&S. I had to come back to the place THREE times, and prob would still not have my car back because DANIELLE provided me with a solution that was like turning a 5 minute drive into a road trip.
Thankfully, when I asked more questions a fellow worker explained that all I had to do was make a phone call to my insurance provider. If I had relied only of on HER advice I would have had to fax paperwork to my husband who is working in Iowa. Then even though I explained he works 6 days a week and most of the time 13 to 15 hour days, he would need to fill out the paperwork and have it notarized and then fax it back to N&S! Like I said in reality all I needed to do was make a phone call.
I would give them no stars if I could. I was in an accident on the freeway and N&S Towing was the company the police called. First of all, I think they shouldn't even be in business. The people inside were lacking even minimal customer service stills. I work in customer service, so I would know. The girls inside the office were very rude and stuck up. They had absolutely no sense of work ethic or urgency when people walked in their door. All they cared about was answering personal phone calls and playing with their dogs.
