One star is honestly way too many. This place literally does not notify me of any unpaid charges until it's almost thousands of dollars and interest too late. And then when I call to inquire why I haven't been contacted whatsoever, I get a super RUDE and SNARKY customer service rep. SARAH or SARA however you spell the imbeciles name was not interested in helping me at all. She more seemed concerned with insulating me and my intelligence! She had my blood boiling! She definitely had some personal isssues she should not have brought to work. Maybe she works here cause her baby's dad doesn't pay child support so she's out here to antagonize and harass other dads who are trying to do the right thing. And then to top it off when I want to speak to her supervisor she straight up told me no numerous times. Of course I called back and was immediately sent to a supervisor by another rep-- not getting off that easy.
Advice for Child Support staff in Rm 707...... if you're going to post a sign indicating you close at 12pm..... LOCK YOUR DOORS AT 12PM..... and not 15 minutes before!!!! Also, when someone calls customer service to find out what's needed...... LET THE CALLER KNOW IN ADDITION TO FORM 604A..... THEY'LL ALSO NEED TO MAKE COPIES, PROVIDE 2 STAMPED ENVELOPES AND FORM 604B so that we're prepared when we come in and can avoid paying G9!!!!! DAMN!!!!! Either customer service is horrible or the staff has no common sense.

When I call, Recording says 'press Zero for operator" does not recognize when I press it. On 2 different phones. Recording goes on continuous loop. No alternative number in letter or online.
Wisconsin ain't nothing but Money hungry and they use the dads to pay cause the female went and got on w2 we don't tell y'all to do that smh and they don't work with you at all they just want money smdh!!!!
