This was our first time visiting this establishment. We attend our sons white coat ceremony on our visit that day. There was not a bad seat in the place. Would go back to see a play or concert
The sound system was completely screwed up for the concert. After multiple complaints they finally started looking into it during intermission. I ended up having to explain to the engineer that they had a hot mic within the woodwinds of the symphony because we could tell from the audience that was going on, and I had to explain to him how to fix it. It took them about two-thirds of the concert to repair the sound system so that it wasn't humming anymore. It truly ruin the experience of what should have been a beautiful show.
We went as a family to see The Nutcracker. What an amazing place and what an amazing show. Truly professional! Not only the orchestra but the dancers!
Well maintained moderne style theater with excellent staff. A variety of viewing perspectives available with the seat selection. Always a pleasure to visit. My only wish is that there were more bartenders slinging drinks at intermission.
Kinda haphazard layout. Decent acoustics. Overall good line of sight. Comfortable seating and aisle space. Too bad the folks in the Milwaukee area don't give better support to the finer arts like the Florentine. Probably 1/3rd of seats were empty for a great performance!
