We were double charged by WallyPark and proved it but they still refuse to refund our double charge. We made the reservation through a 3rd party website and got a good rate. When we checked out of WallyPark I could not find my receipt that I paid. It was 11pm and we were blocking the gate. The attendant said that if I found my receipt when I got home, just call to get a refund for the gate charge. I did so and the person on the phone from WallyPark assured me I deserve a refund. As did the person I talked with a week later. Now "Customer Service" says that since I paid the first time through a 3rd party, they can't refund the gate charge. What? In what universe do they live? We all use 3rd parties to make reservations for parking, hotels, rental cars, etc. This is highway robbery!
Ross went over and above normal customer assistance. He was pleasant and helpful. In addition, both of the young women in the office were supportive.
On July 20th, I arrived at Wally Park in Milwaukee to find that my battery was dead. I called AAA but while waiting for their arrival, an employee named Ross noticed I needed assistance. He volunteered to help me start my vehicle with jumper cables. We successfully started my car, which really saved my evening since AAA never did appear.
The customer service of the Milwaukee facility was outstanding.
The staff is truly wonderful, they are fast workers, and the driver that picked me up at the airport even brushed the snow off of my car when he dropped me off! I try not to sound like an info-mercial but I won't use anybody else but Wally Park because they are by far the best, and they also have Groupons and great customer service.
We parked from a Saturday at 8pm and I scheduled the leave at 9pm the following Wednesday. I paid online in full. Our flight was slightly delayed so we didn't get to leave the parking lot until 930. When we went to leave they charged us an extra $10. The girl working the gate couldn't explain to me why we were being charged extra other than the computer told her were had to. So with the total we ended up paying more than were would have if we had just parked at the airport itself, which would have been a lot easier to deal with. I called later to ask why we were charged the extra fees, and because if you go I've minute past the tone you said you were leaving they charge you for a while day. Next time I'll just park at the airport or one of the other lots.
I had an awe full experience while on my way to catch an early morning flight out of Milwaukee. I reached WallyPark 2.5 hrs before my actual flight time knowing generally early morning flights have big queue at the time of security check-in but still at the end I was running towards the gate to get on boarded. The reason, it took 45 mins for the Shuttle driver to get me to the Airport. First the shuttle came almost 15 mins after i had parked in a spot and then the shuttle driver was doing several rounds of the entire parking lot in search of the probable parking customers. When I requested to make haste as I might miss my flight, the shuttle driver behaved very rudely. This problem could easily be resolved by having dedicated parking lanes as is done by countless other parking spots in other cities and make sure that only part of entire area is open for parking at a time. On my way back however, i had a different experience altogether when the shuttle driver was super nice, was waiting at the airport and was courteous. The only reason I am giving 2 star.
