Luckily the shuttle bus showed up to pick up other customers. They were very understanding, and it was sorted out very quickly.
Only used the facility once, but I had a very positive experience. It was easy to make a reservation online, and there was plenty of parking at the lot. We had a bus waiting as we got out of our car and were taken immediately to the airport (just a few minutes away). After landing there was a bus waiting and we were back to the car in no time. Price was cheaper than taking a cab and overall we spent less time waiting. I will be using this lot again in the future.
Always convenient and quick. Service from car to terminals and back. Even helped brush of the car in bad snow!
The staff was extremely pleasant, and very helpful, even though they were busy. My departure time was in the early morning, and everyone was cheerful despite the hour.
Was in Milwaukee for flight to Baton Rouge Dec.8th yea the day Hotlanta got hit with a snowstorm. Parked car at 800am shuttle picked us up at my car. Spent 12 hours trying to get to BTR on Delta! After four rebookings and a final cancelled flight we decided to go home. When we were checking out of the parking lot I told the attendant what had happened. He said policy was no charge because we never flew out. He even gave us bottled water when we left. Great company to do business with!!
My only criticism is that the instructions for being picked up after normal airport hours was not conveyed to me, nor was this information available through the airport help desk.
Excellent service; very friendly and helpful staff. Will always use this facility when flying from MKE.
The return trip was more of the same, even though my flight was delayed.
