Make sure you note exactly where your car is parked. Came back last night and remembered I was in Section "F", but at night you can't see the signs for each section. They need to be repainted. Simple solution, right? Well, apparently no one has thought about it. The driver announced H, and then the next announcement was for Section D. I had to walk back about 50 yards in the freezing cold. He said, "Oh well you should've told me". The van was packed and he wasn't very helpful. Plus, we had to wait about 15 minutes for a van at 10pm. Not very good service, if you ask me.
The last 2 times I used them, I waited a half hour for shuttle. I won't use super saver again.
WAITED ALMOST 45-1 HOUR FOR THE SHUTTLE BUS, HAD TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO GET A BUS TO PICK UP APPROX 20+ PEOPLE.

Has. Always been very speedy and dependable. Have used this the last six trips. Just wish there were more coupons available.
