Love free dryers but place really really needed work like they have new money dispensers yet nasty washer amd dryers, ugh
Staff is very nice and i love that it only takes me only an hour to an hour and a half to wash and dry when at other laundromats it takes me longer
I gave it a four because they have free dryers n the lady that be there is very helpful in nice
Had clothes stolen when i turned my back for one minute!! The worst part are the hand full of items that were taken out, were the beautiful clothing items of my mom who just passed away. They were my favorites and my moms favorite. A sweaterdress, knit turquoise blue sweater that made my moms stunning green eyes just pop. She just grabbed a handful. I was guarding my clothes every second but I got real dizzy and walked to the soda machine, still watching machines, then outside to get air with eyes on those dryers and also making sure I was also safe so for that brief moment, I walked back in and my bottom two dryers were open. I thought this is strange because I just saw my dryers closed but he lady and her daughter who were washing clothes next to me, were so close to my things, they opened them grabbed hand of some my things and then went back to her business. It took her but a few seconds and she took my special personal clothing items and I'll never see them again. She stole them and I wanted to go there and my husband said no, go somewhere else and I said no. So this heavy set black lady came over and opened my dryer again and looked around to see if anyone would say, "that's my stuff. " but she saw me sitting behind her and she said, "oh, is this yours!? " I figured out why she had two dryers going right next to mine with one small thing in each of them. A pair of boys toddler undies in one and a pair of toddler shorts in the other. She was sneaky and when she opened my dryer and I was sitting there before she asked if that was my stuff, after she already stole my things, she was looking at what she wanted to take next.. What a snake. There should be cameras and this business should have helped me get my moms clothes back. They said it was safe, there was drug dealers all around, ppl asking for money. I was watching my things my purse myself!!!! I jumped around but the point is, my things were stolen and I didn't even know until I started folding and hanging because I had a lot of clothes I brought in. Separate loads for colors darks whites delicates.. But the best part is, .... I did what I always do, be me and when that little boys shorts came out the dryer and the lady dropped them, I picked them up and said, 'excuse me maam, I think you dropped these. " her and her daughter, even the toddler looked at me like, .. this nice girl bring me these shorts and I just stole from her. But they were probably looking at me like that bc they thought I was coming to say I think you took some of my things from my dryer. But I didn't know or I would have never left, especially being my moms clothing. I'm so disappointed. And lady, with the daughter who has a toddler.. If you read this, I would still love my clothes back please. If anyone knows anything, do the right thing. This isn't about money, this is about my mom dying and those items were sentimental and they can't be bought and worn by my mom again. She's in heaven now. God bless.
I feel that y'all make more then enough money to fix these dryer. More the half of them don't work . if I'm paying nearly 50 bucks a visit and never see improvements. Please help make the exp better.but go figure the machines we pay for all work? Not the free dry
