Went to Burlington Coat Factory and grabbed a whole new coat for $70, less than it would have cost for a zipper repair of the same coat at this esablishment. That tells you a lot about them, will never walk in the door.
Price was $93!!! I was told they were priced by the pleat. There are NO pleats. They are simple flat panels. Curtains were not clean. They had white residue on them in many locations and the foam backing was melted. The curtains only cost $8 a panel to purchase new and they were charging $23 a piece to not even clean them! I will not be paying for this ridiculous experience. It is more cost effective to buy new panels.
2. Came to pick them up. Item was not ready on the day promised.
3. Came back to pick up at s later date.
Only gave a one star because you have to to post, real rating is 0 stars.
I gave the place a try and got my clothes back today. Awful! Shirts were not pessed well at all. Large creases across the front. They ripped a button off of a new shirt and replaced it with a chewed up button by sewing it with a bright orange and very noticeable thread. And... They didn't even tell me about it. Please avoid this place. I have never had such a horrific dry cleaning experience.
9.1
Pricing is really good but the quality of service is really bad. When you pay for military prss on Shirts they charge you for but its not done. I thought it was an oversight. But it continuously happened. When I addressed with the counter person she directed me to corporate where no one ever gets back to you. Shame place has great potential
I called for an estimate of a zipper repair on my knee length wool coat. First I was told they would need to keep it for 4 weeks. This already sounded absurd but I thought I'd still hear how much they were asking. The receptionist then asked the length and material of my coat, and quoted me at $72, claiming that it was so expensive because it was mandatory to clean it. I wonder who actually has foolishly has paid this price? Pure robbery, not sure how they are still in business.
I once had some items that were lost because the place had been broken into, and the company reimbursed me the full price of lost items.
I will not be returning to this dry cleaning establishment and I warn prospective customers to take their business elsewhere.
This place has always been pretty decent for my basic dry cleaning, laundry and pressing needs. I get my work clothes (suits, shirts, pants) done here. Good pricing specials, and my clothes have always been back on time.
1. Sign on door says the store opens at 7am. Arrived at 7:30. Dark and closed. Came back after work. Asked if it would be very expensive to have these four curtain panels cleaned. Employee replied that he had no idea.
Never had a worse experience.
Unfortunately the hours have been cut as of late, which makes the location less convenient, but still definitely pretty okay.
