Like Sam's club better than cosco .not as big but everything i need .some good sale bargains also.people vert friendly

Very disappointing last week I went to grab a pizza slice asked how long it was going to take for a sausage pizza n the guy (I think they’re new) said that they only sale sausage pizza as a whole only. Really?! Since when? Ended up getting a whole pizza instead n they were so cheap with the sausage when I got the pizza.
They literally never have hot dogs.
POOR SERVICE. You have long lines forming all the way into the aisle with only 4 cashiers open! I saw many Sams workers just standing around on their phone...talking away doing absolutely nothing. You also have the consession area where you have only 2 people working when the line for that is long as ever. This Sams needs better service and employees who actually wants to work. Where are your managers at this location when you need them!
Second, with as cheap as they are, how are they possibly losing significant revenue by putting more of them in? You have to lose more by going for consistent 30 minute stretches without having hot dogs to sell than you save by fearfully refusing to risk so much as one hotdog going unsold.
First, how the he'll does it take 30 minutes to cook a hot dog?

My husband and I drove all the way out here from Franklin only to receive poor service! We only came here because we called ahead and we’re told they had stock of the item we were looking for. Easily an over $3000 sale for this store that was lost because of poor service. No one was around to help, when we walked over to the service desk the lady clearly did not want to help us as she looked up the item and said we have them but we may not have them. ??? Really? What I expected was her to be happy we were interested and take charge of the situation and go verify for the customer. Never will we step foot here again. I’m literally sitting in the parking lot writing this review. Trainers should have let them know that someone upset will write a review faster than a happy customer.
