Fantastic selection, wonderful atmosphere, and some of the best customer service workers I've ever met. They even helped me for over two hours when my car was accidentally towed when it shouldn't have been! That's what I call incredible commitment to their customers.

There was a woman behind the desk which seemed to have some authority that argued with me when all I wanted was an exchange for defective movie that they sold me 2 days earlier. She did not apologize for my hassle. Just said that it is a gamble when buying used. Parking is a problem. Lot is shared with another business and very crowded. Employee I talked to thought I could use gift card/store credit at other locations which is false.
A wonderful place to buy and sell used media. It brings back memories of movie rental places like Blockbuster
Good for lower prices when purchasing video games, don't expect to get much back if you sell anything.
