This is our favorite lunch spot in Milwaukee. There is a great selection of lunch and breakfast options, including vegetarian. Not to mention baked goods if you want something quick and sweet. The staff is very kind and helpful. Both inside and outside seating are picturesque. Oh and did I mention, best coffee in Milwaukee. Thank you Colectivo.
Usually love Colectivo. However, bought two orange juices today labeled $2.75 each. Cashier told me my total was $8 something which didn’t add up. So he called two different people over who told me they recently changed their prices to $3.75 and that the POS system was updated but the price stickers “were SUPER old” .... whatever that means. Then they all sat there and stared at me like I’m crazy. That’s the first business I’ve ever been to that operates like that. Customer service could use a DEFINITE upgrade. Check your receipts when you shop here!
Great feel and vibe. Could work here forever and it's a great place to chill. The coffee is great but I've also had better, so it doesn't get 5 stars. They have solid food, though! Would totally recommend - and they're rightfully a Milwaukee staple.
This place is always busy but it's so nice to be by the lake and explore this multi level historic building, grab a snack coffee or lunch and take a walk to the lake front. It's nice to make a coffee shop into a "event" take a couple hours out of the day to relax!
I love sitting upstairs - that is, IF you can ever get up there. Convenient location, but it's always really crowded, especially on the ground floor. Parking is also a pain. You usually won't get a spot in the lot - probably park in the marina lot across the street and walk over.
