This is a great little station that's well designed. And I've never had issues with Amtrak. I just wish there was a way to walk between here and the airport. It's actually not that far but you need to take a shuttle.
It's everything you expected about an Amtrak station, complete with the strange shuttle bus hours.
After you find the station for the first time, it gets easier. The highway signage is somewhat scarce. Lovely little station with beautiful landscaping. Parking is now $7 per day. Not close enough to or designed for walking to the airport terminal. If you're southbound to Chicago, the seats may already be taken by those boarding at the downtown Milwaukee terminal.
It's a mid size airport, suffice all the requirements. Security guys are humrous at times.
Nice station. Clean and kept well. Not staffed with a ticket office, but booths to buy tickets if you haven't done so at home, or on the phone. Really convenient location.
