Horrible.The store has a policy you must check bags from other stores.My daughter checked her bag,held on to her ticket while looking around,when she went to retrieve bag a clerk had given it to another customer.The clerk then turned the policy sign around and said read.My daughter said I did,and I followed your policy.She had her ticket and checked her bag per policy.When we asked for management's number to dicuss poor customer service, they couldn't find it.Customer service was horrible and the fact that my daughter's items were not replaceable since the store the items came from did not have anymore was totally disregarded.Terrible.Will not go back
Love shopping here it's so close for me I can run over on my break Rainbow has a nice selection of plus size clothing. Most plus size clothing is outdated not Rainbow they keep up with the latest trends. It's location is right next too Tess Beauty Supply and Wigs if you work downtown you can get your beauty supply wigs and outfit all while on your lunch break true the mall isn't filled but the stores they do have s all you need, Footlocker Rainbow Tess Beauty Supply and wigs lashes done by Yiesha and even your nails done. All while on lunch save your nights for relaxing come visit today
