We just purchased a Holland Lop bunny from the hwy 100 store. The gals here were very helpful as always. This is not the first time getting a rabbit from this store. Our last one we had passed away at 9 years old late last year and decided it was time to get another. Even though we moved to central Wisconsin we didn't give a second thought as to where we would get another. Thank you again for our new family member Hollie.
Never have any problems here and when I show up with my Mastiff they are always great to her, not to mention they are the only local show I have found that has giant breed puppy food in stock on a regular basis.
Used to shop at the chains menomonee falls location every month and have for years. Turns out that location doesn't understand that people have a right to wear their hair the way they need to and like to unfairly discriminate against their own staff because they like to interpret their own manual to suit racist whims. Won't be shopping here again.
This store has horrible customer service. Their excuses as to why exchanges cannot be processed is dumb as obviously they are not a "small" company and have a large online presence as well as multiple locations. Duh, just exchange the product. I'll stick to my neighborhood pet store, WI Pet and Garden, which is actually a small business and has much better return/exchange polices as well as much more helpful and resourcefull employees then pet world.
This PetWorld's customer service here is TERRIBLE. One of the cashiers incorrectly ran my form of payment and didn't think to ask management for help. The cashier figured I had "no money" as she said loudly to me in line. How embarrassing especially because I was positive that I had enough money. Never going there again. Their staff is always new from their high turn over rate and never seems to know proper customer service techniques. Im manager at my job and I just don't understand how this continuous issue keeps getting looked over. I wont ever shop here again.
