Terrible customer service. I attempted to make a reservation online however they have a 14 reservation policy, and I was calling outside of that window of time, so I called their main # to see if someone can help me with an exception. The person on their main line was able to make an exception and get me the online rate that was lower than the over the phone rate.
However, when I received the reservation confirmation, the move in date was wrong AND the pricing was incorrect. I proceeded to call the facility daily to get help remedying the issue. It took 6 days for me to actually get a hold of someone. No one called me back including the facility manager (Zachary -- if that person even is truly a manager).
I will recommend this location to all of my friends and family!!
This is the BEST place for storage in Milwaukee! The price is one of the best in town, it’s clean (which is important to me) and very secure. I’ve kept my things there for the last 6 months and nothing was damaged, broken, or stolen. The employees are kind and helpful as well!
This place is incredibly accommodating and Anthony was extremely helpful in the process. He promptly answered my questions and waited for me even when I was late showing up! I'm very impressed with the service. Also this was one of the very few places that allows access after office hours. Very secure building and easily accessible units. The price was better than the rest also with the 1st month free and the online discount that I got just in time before they change it to one or the other! Thank u Anthony for your friendly and knowledgeable service! I greatly appreciated this since moving sucks enough so I'm grateful that the storage process was made easier!
This is the best storage place I have ever been to. Both Zach the Store Manager and Anthony the Assistant Storage Manager went out of their way to help me with my issues and made the experience really easy. Both of them are a team and both were very friendly and courteous. This facility is well taken care of and you can tell it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Upon speaking to someone covering for the facility manager, she said that she could not honor the original pricing and in fact the pricing increased because me reservation expired. No chance in hell, that I am going to spend money at a business that treats customers so poorly.
THE BEST STORAGE FACILITY IN MILWAUKEE NO QUESTIONS ASKED and the best facility I have used in the 4 states I have needed to rent a unit. Accessibility is best in class, clean units with controlled temperature, and the staff is wonderful to work with. Moving is never something people love to go through but Extra space storage makes the process painless. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND
