Mr. Check and his knowledgeable staff took the time needed to explain in detail my options, and addressed all my questions. If I had any further questions after meeting with Mr. Check and before the actual court date regarding paperwork, I could call their office and they were there to help me fully understand what I needed to know. I felt very comfortable and assured, and am very grateful for all their help !

I really wanted to write a good review and give 5 stars because I had a very good experience with the attorney himself. He's very reasonable and pleasant to work with.....BUT his staff completely ruined that. The ladies who work there do not communicate effectively with each other and they are RUDE!!! Shana who I personally have dealt with is consistently rude when I have called and inquired about something I did not understand or simply asking for a follow up on my case. She is very hostile and rude during conversations for no reason. I don't understand if the job may be too stressful for her or shes just having a bad day ironically every time I call. I would have recommend this firm in the past with no questions asked but as of now. I would take my business somewhere where all parties involved are much more pleasant.
