I've been insured with Allstate through Mark Stanley's agency for around 10 years now. I originally insured my car and had renter's insurance (which with the discounts ended up costing me like $3 a year), and have since bought a house and a motorcycle and changed cars a few times. Every time I call I get excellent service. I've always dealt with Chris, who gives me prompt, friendly service and good advice, and I appreciate that every time I call I get the same person. I'm not sure if I could save one or two hundred bucks a year by switching to somewhere else because I'm not interested, I'll stay loyal to a place that gives me great, personal service.
