Reply to Laurie Jahn! What you said that was not true. You got your nails done a week later one of your nails chip off and I'm happy to fix it for you only a second not take long,but you said you don't have time and you make an appointment for Thursday to come back, but you never came back. that was disrespectful. That week you did not come or call to let me know you can't make it until next week Monday you show up and and want To do change different colors that was ten days later. Really? Ten days later you want to have another color or you want money back after ten days. I'm sorry that it not a make sense. I work hard for living this not a game ok. I'm respect to all the customers but you not the one for me to respect...
I am very disappointed with Nhi and Tommy! Very poor customer service here! I will never go back here again or will my 3 daughters, family or friends! I had gone in and told Nhi exactly what I wanted and how I like my cuticles and nails to be done. I told her so that I would have good customer service from the beginning, but that did not help! I wanted a manicure and a French shellac manicure done. I noticed that she didn't put that may coats on my nails, so I asked her to put o another clear coat thinking that I could try to get them to last the full 2 weeks. I left on Thursday 3/31/16 and by Sunday 4/3/16 I noticed my nails are getting ready to chip, and my cuticles looking awful. They are closed on Sundays so I stopped in there the soonest that I could which was on Monday 3/4/16 at around 5:30pm and just Tommy was there. Tommy was with a customer and her husband was sitting there. I started explaining everything to him and he just stuck up for Nhi and I was very disappointed that he choose to keep on rambling on in front of another customer and her husband! I thought he should of taken me to the side to talk!!! That right there showed my they have very poor customer service! He was only going to fix the nails that chipped, I told him I had to be at a birthday party and I didn't have time to wait. He didn't care at all and just watched me leave!!! I told him I would be back when I had more time. I ended up getting sick and couldn't go back in until Thursday. When I started explaining everything both of them they just stated they would fix the one nail. I showed them that several nails started chipping and looking bad and they are supposed to last two weeks. I told them that I paid $37.00 for my nails to have the shellac French manicure on them and I would like them to either take everything off and refund my $37.00 or just to take off what was left on and put just a color of shellac on, they said they would not do either!! I told them that their customer service is very bad and that I just wanted them to remove the French shellac off of my nails and I they told me that they will NOT give me my money back!! I then told them that I will be writing a review about my experience there and they did not even care. I will tell everyone I know not to go there, they are just about making money and do not care about their customer service and getting repeat customers!!! I only gave them one star because I had to rate them but they don't deserve any stars!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE!!!!!!
