Fresh Thyme is a great place to get groceries! Their prices are very competitive, their produce is great, and their meats are very good quality. I also love their prepared foods - bacon ranch pasta salad and loaded baked potato salad are my favorites. And to top it all off, their carts have a handy wine bottle spot!
Fresh Thyme is always a great place to shop. They are very friendly, helpful and upbeat. The best day to shop is Wednesday, the sales paper from the week before is still current and the new sales papers is also in effect. So you have double sales every Wednesday. They back up their food and returns are not a problem. You can get rain checks at the register if they run out of a sale item. If you can not find something just ask one of their staff and they will help you find it or direct you to the person who can help. I used to have to take a min. 3 hour bus ride to Oak Creek to get the best deals for my daughter but not most of the time. I have been shopping at Fresh Thyme since the very day they opened last year.
I have but the best things to say about Thyme. Great shopping experience wonderful customer service. Great salad bar, deli, fresh meat and fish. They fresh produce is one of the best and great pricing.There fresh pizza made is wonderful and they make great smoothie.
They have great deals on produce just about every week. The staff is helpful and very friendly. You can get in and out quickly.
Cashier Brittany on Sunday night 12/17 was so incredibly rude I can't believe she works in customer service. Will not return to this location. She yelled at me to not insert my card when I was taking it out of my wallet, then when transaction was finished, screamed at me to insert it, so I did. There was a sign saying wait for cashier to tell you its ok to insert card, so even though she was copping a major attitude, I was fine until this point. But then she screamed at me to pull it out, on my end it looked like the transaction was going through, she had just told me to insert the card, so I said "are you sure? Its going through" and she said "look at the sign and do what I say" as she pulled out my card herself and literally threw it at me. So rude. She continued to have an attitude the rest of the transaction and I almost just walked out. Will never return to this location.
