Staff was a lil short but very helpful
IM REALLY ABOUT TO STOP BUYING THEIR BRAS THEY LOOK VERY NICE AN MIGHT I ADD BEAUTIFUL BUT THEIR POORLY MADE IVE ORDER BRA AFTER BRA I HAVE ABOUT TEN BRAS EITHER THEY HAVE CAME APART AFTER WASHING THEM OR THE WIRE HAS CAME OUTTA ONE SIDE OR IVE BEEN SENT THE WRONG SIZE BUT I WILL NOT BEING SPENDING ANY MORE MONEY WITH ASHLEY STEWART WHEN IT COMES TO THE BRAS
Another great place to shop.with awesome customer service
The salesclerk/cashier (with the short blonde hair and glasses) is never friendly (I can't believe she's still employed with Ashley Stewart as she's been there for years now) and acts like she doesn't want to be there. The energy that she emits makes me not want to shop there. The other day, I called with a question about a sale and she rushes me off the phone. I hate that this is the only Ashley Stewart store in the area. This store's less than decent customer service makes online shopping more appealing. The downside of online shopping is jobs are lost and having to take a gamble with trying on clothes for the first time after you purchase the merchandise...however after dealing with the above customer service for the past few years, I'll take my chances.
