Great place and a full service. Prices are higher than a drive thru wash, but you get a great wash.
They charged too much for what they clean. I paid $20 to clean my car but only half the car was cleaned. They cleaned my front rims but not my back rims. They only cleaned half of my dashboard and only vacuumed the front. I advise people to not get their car cleaned from here.
I’ve taken my new car here four times since I purchased it and every time they either forget to wipe something, vacuum a seat/section of my car. If I’m paying $25-30, I expect everything to be done properly. Today’s wash was the worst I’ve had there. The cleaners fingerprints all over inside the door which wasn’t wiped down, a seat that wasn’t vacuumed it all. The outside looks decent but that part was washed by machines. This place is only worth having the exterior of your car washed.
This is my go-to car wash. A wash and hand-dry for the same price as those shoddy gas station drive-thru's is worth the trip to West Allis. Thursdays are "ladies day" and I pay $8 for a basic wash and hand dry. Check out the little álacarte menu at the bottom of the sign - For a few bucks more you can add on services like a wheel wash, vacuum, etc. which I find is better than going with one of the pricier package deals.
It was my first time there and I did not have a good experience. I asked if they could vacuum my trunk and the guy said yes but they never did it. They were suppose to vacuum the floor mats and didn't do a good job either. The interior was suppose to be wipe down and that was also a disappointment . I left a good tip thinking they would do a good job and when I got home to inspect the car it was pretty bad. I will not be going back or will recommend anyone to go there.
