Excellent!! Quality of work was outstanding; no corners cut and very thorough. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional from the front office to the techs that hunted down and installed an accessory cap that had been missing long before I brought my truck in for service. The updates on progress via mobile device kept me apprised of the progress being made and the expected completion date.
I had an issue with a hood hinge and the gentleman at Forest Home Autobody encouraged me to fix it myself. They have too much business/money. I will give my business to a proprietor who is more appreciative.
They not only did the needed repair work, but completely cleaned the car inside and out—again, who does that?! Highly recommended!

My car was rear ended and I contacted Car Star and Debbie was able to get me in very quickly as I would need my car for the weekend. Not only did they do a great job repairing the damages but they also had a recalled air bag taken care of for me which saved me a trip to the dealer! They kept in contact with me and also offered to pay for my rental an extra day if I needed it due to a sensor that needed to be reset by the dealer only. I would 100% take my vehicle here again. (but lets hope I don't need to ha)
