Whiskey lounge seating in front with s swanky and comfy atmosphere. Dance club section in the back that allows people to dance in the lower tier or relax off to the sides.
Everytime time I go the bouncer gives me a hard time about my shoes, which are just Nike. Meanwhile my buddy gets in just fine while wearing 10 year old addidas and a clearance flannel shirt from Farm & Fleet. I've never seen more than 5 people on the dance floor because the DJ plays weird music. This place used to be fun and busy, but now there are just so many better spots in Milwaukee.
Great whiskey cocktails. Recommend their orange and cranberry old fashioned. Really nice atmosphere...until 10pm, when it becomes a dance club. I'd sit up by the window if you're planning on being there later. Super friendly staff and really comfy couches, so a good place for small groups. Music just got too loud to talk after 10.
I came out here with 2 good buddies of mine for their birthday, they ordered the "VIP" section. Long story short, someone else who was also there for the event "took a bottle" from a different table, not sure what happened to the bottle but security came in like swat riot. Punches (from the security) were thrown before confrontation. They just assumed and asked no questions what so ever. My night was ruined, shirt was ripped, and was told that everyone from the VIP section I was at, had to leave. It was total B.S. I definitely wouldn't recommend coming to this place.
