Driving by today and did a u-turn because it looked like a cool place and had an amazing lunch! California Burger and fried chicken sandwich were both fantastic! Really sweet bartender too! We'll be back for sure!
Best place ever. Their specials (Which they have every day) are fantastic. The have AYCE Fish Fry on Fridays and let me tell you....for $15 its the best fish you'll ever have, whether it be broiled or fried! PLUS they have potato pancakes. The staff is super friendly and really attentive. We loved it.

I had a hankering for a salad a few days ago so I stopped at O' Lydia's for a Chef's Salad. Wow. Was it ever good! Artfully served in a big white bowl with fresh ingredients and my choice of dressing. Man, if you don't think of yourself as a salad eater, try O' Lydia's Chef's Salad ... you'll become one!
We held a surprise party there and everything went smoothly. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the bartender Cat, whom all the guests raved about. Everyone also said they liked the food. We just had appetizers but some guests did order from the menu and had a waitress available to them. Linda, the owner was available for questions and guidance throughout the party planning. I'd recommend O'Lydia's to anyone that asked.

The environment is classic Milwaukee pub. The food is reliably good. They offer a nice selection of beers and their prices are fair. Lastly, the service is always good. I particularly like the way they are attentive to their social media presence.
O'Lydia's is one of the best restaurants in Milwaukee. They also have the best wings in the city. They are simply amazing and words can't begin to describe how good they are. Wings night is Wednesday for 50 cent wings. They have a huge beer and liquor selection (they even have Malort!).
