Every time I go to this branch, I get immediate assistance. The staff is very knowledgeable. If I have to wait in line, that is because they are attending to a valued customer...and I appreciate the same attention. Great job Chase team!
This location needs to open back up its drive up!! Not sure which genius decided it would wise to close drive up windows at a branch located at a very busy intersection. Sometimes i walk in and have to wait 20+ min because they only have two tellers and two fancier ATM machines that seem to be under repair every time I walk in. Overall customer service from employees is great!! Only reason they got a 2nd star
terrible customer service. bad attitudes everywhere.
They remove drive up banking which is fine by me, except the atms that have replaced tellers only work half the time! And the wait if you have to go in is insane!
