I've been sitting in this room doing work and studying and they said they came to the room, they didn't! Ive been here since 7am!!!
I have been waiting over an hour and a half for my dilivery. I put in my order at 10:00 am and it is almost 11:30 now, I AM STARVING
They claim to remake my food and they BETTER have remade it but it's highly unlikely I think at this point.
Order a sub instead, jimmy johns will get your food there on time.
Good food at a good price with good service very well run.
Delivery is always wrong. Was using a credit given to my account due to the last error (wrong soup sent) and this time they completely forgot half the order (ironically, more soup). If you’re going to venture here only do so if you dine in, they clearly could care less about accuracy.
Also, meat is really hit or miss. Tried the BBQ chicken flatbread last time and had some weird chunks of chicken. Couldn’t eat half of it.
Only getting 4 stars because they don't have any flavored syrups for any of their coffee beverages (only caramel syrup and chocolate syrup), so you can't get say, an hazelnut latte or french vanilla iced coffee. Super weird because all other Panera's do, but maybe it's a Wisconsin thing...
This place has good quality food and friendly staff. It's always very clean inside the restaurant as well. A little pricey, but worth the cost.
Not only did they not call me when they were here but they didn't bother to come and knock on the room I was in.
